What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect the services you are asking for, the area, the size of the space, your description, your name, your phone number, your email address (optional), your preferred contact method and your consent.
We also process whatever you send us yourself by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or email, such as photos and details of your property.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
We use your data only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, to organise and carry out the work.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who we share it with
Form submissions pass through our form-submission service provider and our website host, who process the data on our behalf and only for this purpose. When you contact us via Viber, WhatsApp or email, those services’ own policies also apply.
To protect the form from automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you start filling in the form, Turnstile checks technical details of your connection and browser (such as your IP address) to confirm that a person is sending the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare’s own privacy policy also applies (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising or newsletters without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If no work follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. For completed work, some records are kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email terranpelion@gmail.com. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. Access to enquiries is limited to us, and we do not keep more information than we need.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
