How much does land clearing cost in Volos or Pelion?

It depends on the size of the plot, how tall and dense the vegetation is, the slope and the access. After a site visit — or from photos sent on Viber or WhatsApp — we give you a written quote, free and with no obligation.

When does my plot need to be cleared?

Before the fire season starts on 1 May. The clearance declaration is filed on akatharista.apps.gov.gr and the plot has to stay clear until 31 October.

Do you work in the villages of Pelion?

Yes — North, East and South Pelion, as well as Almyros and Nea Anchialos. If you don’t see your village listed, just ask.

I live abroad. Can you look after my holiday home in Pelion?

Yes. We agree a schedule of visits, look after the garden and outdoor areas and send you photos after every visit, so you can see the work without being there.

Do you take away the branches and grass?

Yes. Removing all green waste is part of every job.

When are olive trees harvested and pruned in Pelion?

The harvest usually runs from November to January, depending on variety and altitude, and pruning follows after the harvest. Book a date from October.
